RETURN & EXCHANGE OVERVIEW

  • We gladly accept return and exchange from customers who purchased their products from one of MADI International showrooms, an original invoice is required for return or exchange.
  • Exchange and return within five days of the invoice date can be made.
  • Any item that was not purchased at full price can be returned or exchanged within one day. This includes sale and promotional items.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange without invoice.
  • We do not offer a return and exchange for a product not purchased directly from our showrooms, original invoice received during the purchase, is required to complete the return or exchange procedures.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Items must be in new, unopened, unused condition and in their original packaging and suitable for resale.
  • Used or damaged products will be returned to the customer with no action taken.
  • We do not offer a return or exchange without original invoice. Please keep your invoice if you would like to return or exchange an item.
  • Promotional item(s) and free item(s) must be returned with the product it was offered with, in order for an exchange or return to be processed. In addition, Items purchased as part of a promotion offering a free item can be exchanged with the return of the free item(s). Therefore, promotional and free items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable by themselves.
  • You can present gift from our valuable products, gifts purchased from MADI International Showrooms are non-refundable for cash; gift purchased from our showrooms must be exchanged within five days. The gift card attached with the gift is required for an exchange, we reserve the right to refuse exchanging gift based on the date of purchase mentioned on the gift card.
  • Electrical appliances purchased from MADI International showrooms are subject to the return and exchange with original invoice within five days, and warranty policy applied in case of manufacturer's defect for warrantied item(s).

RETURN OF PAYMENT FOR RETURNED ITEM(S)

  • All returns before five days will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. We will process your return for cash, bank refund and / or a credit in account.
  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within fifteen business days of receipt of the returned item(s). Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
  • If you paid with money, you will be refunded in the form of a cash or check from MADI International. Please allow about three days to receive your check from the time we receive you return.
  • Most items sold on MADI International showrooms follow our return and exchange policy, but some products have different policies or are non-refundable. For hygiene and health reasons, once packaging has been opened on all products we will not offer return or exchange.

ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE

RETURN & EXCHANGE OVERVIEW

  • MADI International gladly accepts exchange of unused, undamaged, unopened or non-defective products purchased online from MADI International.com, within five days of receiving the order, along with your confirmed order number, packing slip.
  • Exchange within five days of the invoice date can be made.
  • Any item that was not purchased at full price can be exchanged within two days. This includes sale and promotional items, along with your confirmed order number, packing slip and free item(s) offered.
  • We do not refund online purchases unless they are faulty or if the wrong item(s) has been dispatched.
  • Please keep your confirmed order number and the packing slip if you would like to return (only item(s) received damaged) or exchange an unused and unopened item(s). The confirmed order number, packing slip and all original packaging materials must be included with your return.
  • Online purchases returned to one of MADI International showrooms, for exchange purpose, without the original invoice, packing slip, free and promotional item(s) will be returned to the customer with no action taken.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exceptionally, return shipping charges on any item appear to be damaged during inspection upon receipt your order; will be on our responsibility. We will have the returned damaged goods to us and pay the cost of the return shipping. The shipping charges will only be refunded if the item being returned is the only item in the order.
  • If we find that, the items returned are not damaged or faulty, we will return the ordered items to you and you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and re-shipping.
  • Shipping charges on any non-damaged returns will be the responsibility of the customer, at their expense. If reshipment is requested by the customer due to exchange or refusal of shipment, customer will be responsible for shipping charges unless due to MADI International or Carrier error.
  • We do not offer exchange for item not purchased directly from MADI International.com, confirmed order number received during your online purchase, packing slip, free and promotional item(s) are required to complete the exchange procedures.

 

  • Item(s) exchanged must be in original condition, in new, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories, and suitable for resale. Items that are returned damaged will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Due to health and hygiene, special or customized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • We do not accept online exchange request for item(s) purchased from one of MADI International showrooms.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • MADI International guarantees satisfaction, so we are making sure all products shipped are in the best conditions with no damages and defects. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and contact us by telephone or e-mail if you do not receive your exactly order or the items appear to be damaged or faulty. We are irresponsible on any missing catalogue, manuals, accessories and a part from the product after delivery.
  • If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect goods, you must contact immediately our customer service team, to do so, please visit our CONTACT US page on our website for the different contact methods. We will have the items returned to us and pay the costs of the return shipping charges. If we do not receive immediate notification, any shortage, damage or other deficiency will be deemed to have occurred after delivery to you.
  • We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during inspection and to refuse such items if necessary (misuse, mishandle).
  • If an item returned is found to be ineligible for return or exchange for reasons stated within these terms, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges we incur to send the item back.
  • If, in our opinion, the returned goods are damaged we will provide you, at our option, replacement goods or a refund for the total value of goods within three days of our receipt.
  • Returns / exchanges can take up to three days to process though we will always aim to see to them in the shortest possible time.
  • Goods that are given free, as part of an offer, are not exchangeable or refundable unless the full offer is exchanged.

RETURNING PARAMEDICAL AND BEAUTY FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT

  • We accept returns or exchanging on salon furniture and/or paramedical equipment only if upon delivery there are manufacturing defects, damages or parts missing.

SPECIAL ORDERS

  • We do not accept returns on special orders as they involve the purchasing of a certain volume of units we otherwise would not stock. We provide the customer an opportunity to cancel their purchase before a special order is submitted to the manufacturer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • If you would like to have your purchase shipped to an international destination, please visit our CONTACT US page on our website for the different methods you could contact our Customer Services team. Moreover, payment in advance and additional delivery charges may apply. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Shipping charges will depend on the size and weight of the package being shipped. 
  • You will be responsible for any customs, duty, or other expenses associated with your order. If you refuse to take delivery of your order for any reason, the shipping charges or any other expenses related to the return of your order is not refundable.
